How to use NordVPN Linux GUI?

NordVPN has released a Graphical User Interface (GUI) for Linux, which can be used simultaneously alongside the existing CLI application. The CLI app must be installed to use the GUI. The GUI is available via DEB and RPM packages, with Snap planned for release in the future.

The GUI is built on the same core as the CLI version of NordVPN, which guarantees identical security and privacy standards that you are used to.

With the GUI, you will have the majority of the CLI's functionality, with the exception of Meshnet support.

Version compatibility

If you install the GUI and CLI separately or downgrade your CLI, please check the version compatibility. If your CLI and GUI versions do not align, the GUI may not work properly. To install a different GUI version, please use the following command:

sh <(wget install.sh) -p nordvpn-gui -v X.XX.x
