Issue: TLS key negotiation failed to occur

This issue (TLS key negotiation failed to occur within 60 seconds (check your network connectivity)) sometimes comes with UDP protocol. Please try to make a connection with TCP protocol in order to see whether here is a problem. Also, it could be that your firewall/ISP blocks your connection.
